{"id":4695,"date":"2019-06-25T07:29:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T06:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sodalisbe.webhosting.be\/?p=3721"},"modified":"2019-06-25T07:29:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-25T06:29:00","slug":"verhoging-aantal-overuren-met-fiscaal-gunstregime-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sodalis.be\/nl\/verhoging-aantal-overuren-met-fiscaal-gunstregime-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Verhoging aantal overuren met fiscaal gunstregime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In het Belgisch Staatsblad is op 19 juni 2019 een KB verschenen tot wijziging van de bijlage III van het Wetboek van de inkomstenbelastingen 1992 (WIB).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In april 2019 verscheen een wet waarin werd opgenomen dat vanaf 1 januari 2019 het aantal overuren dat in aanmerking komt voor een gedeeltelijke vrijstelling van bedrijfsvoorheffing is opgetrokken van 130 naar 180 uren per werknemer per jaar. Het maximum aantal overuren dat in aanmerking komt voor gedeeltelijke vrijstelling van bedrijfsvoorheffing wordt opgetrokken naar 180 uren voor bezoldigingen die vanaf 1 januari 2019 tot en met 31 december 2020 worden betaald of toegekend.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de sectoren waar al een verhoogd plafond bestond, wijzigt er niets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>horeca: max. 360 uren<\/li>\n<li>bouw: max. 180 op voorwaarde dat een elektronische aanwezigheidsregistratie wordt gebruikt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit recent gepubliceerde KB voegt deze regeling nu ook toe aan de toepassingsregels die in bijlage III van het WIB staan. In het KB is opgenomen dat het maximum van 130 uren overwerk wordt opgetrokken tot 180 uren voor de aanslagjaren 2020 en 2021. De Ministerraad dient de impact van deze verhoging op de arbeidsmarkt te evalueren ten laatste tegen 30 juni 2020. In geval van een positieve evaluatie kan de verhoging voor onbepaalde duur worden verlengd.
