Daarbij publiceert zij voor een aantal sectoren ook checklists op haar website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siod.belgie.be\">www.siod.belgie.be<\/a> waarmee werkgevers zich kunnen voorbereiden op een inspectie.<\/p>\n<p>Een terugkerend onderwerp in de checklists is het gebruik van toegestane afwezigheid.<\/p>\n<p>Bij eventuele controle door inspectiediensten zal u mogelijks om een verantwoording worden gevraagd indien u met regelmaat toegestane afwezigheid in de sociale documenten boekt.<\/p>\n<p><u>De inspectie aanvaardt \u201ctoegestane afwezigheid\u201d enkel onder de volgende voorwaarden<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het moet kunnen blijken dat ze op <strong>verzoek<\/strong> van de <strong>werknemer<\/strong> werd aangevraagd;<\/li>\n<li>Het akkoord der partijen zal voor elke dergelijke afwezigheidsdag moeten blijken uit <strong>een geschrift<\/strong> met opgave van de reden;<\/li>\n<li>Op deze dagen moesten er normale arbeidsprestaties overeengekomen zijn;<\/li>\n<li>Indien het om een deeltijdse werknemer gaat moet de werkgever het \u201c<strong>afwijkingsdocument<\/strong>\u201d (artikel 160 Programmawet van 22\/12\/1989) effectief gebruiken, voor het niet presteren van deze uren;<\/li>\n<li>Bovendien moet de afwijking \u201ctelkens\u201d door de werknemer <strong>ondertekend<\/strong> te worden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Bron: <\/em><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.siod.belgie.be\">www.siod.belgie.be<\/a><\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Heeft u nog vragen?
