Deze bedraagt <strong>4,47<\/strong> (voor inkomstenjaar 2017 was dit 4,39).<\/p>\n<p>Elk jaar wordt de revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt kadastrale inkomens opnieuw vastgelegd om de belastbare waarde van een onroerend goed te berekenen.<\/p>\n<p>Deze co\u00ebffici\u00ebnt kan voor <strong>bedrijfsleiders<\/strong> belangrijk zijn bij de taxatie van huurinkomsten, meer bepaald indien ze een gebouw ter beschikking stellen aan een vennootschap waarmee ze verbonden zijn. De berekening van het belastbaar voordeel dat ontstaat voor de bedrijfsleider die een onroerend goed (gebouw) heeft verhuurd aan de vennootschap waarmee hij verbonden is, wordt immers gedaan aan de hand van deze revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n<p>De huurinkomsten hieraan verbonden zullen als bezoldiging of loon worden belast, op voorwaarde dat deze inkomsten meer bedragen dan 5\/3de van het gerevaloriseerde KI. Concreet betekent dit dat de ontvangen huurinkomsten zullen worden bestempeld als <strong>bezoldiging of loon<\/strong> in de mate dat deze huurinkomsten een bepaald <strong>bedrag overschrijden<\/strong> (drempelbedrag).
