{"id":1464,"date":"2017-09-27T08:52:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-27T08:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sodalisbe.webhosting.be\/?p=1464"},"modified":"2017-09-27T08:52:00","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T08:52:00","slug":"vlaamse-doelgroepvermindering-jongeren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sodalis.be\/nl\/vlaamse-doelgroepvermindering-jongeren\/","title":{"rendered":"Vlaamse doelgroepvermindering jongeren"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sinds 1 juli 2016 ontvangen werkgevers in het Vlaams Gewest een doelgroepvermindering bij de aanwerving van laag- of middengeschoolde jongeren.<\/p>\n<p>De scholingsgraad op het einde van het aanwervingskwartaal is relevant voor de toepassing van de vermindering.<br \/>\nMomenteel bepaalt de reglementering dat de doelgroepvermindering van toepassing is indien de jongere binnen het kwartaal na aanwerving geen diploma kan behalen waardoor hij niet langer laag- of middengeschoold is.<br \/>\nDeze formulering zorgt ervoor dat werkgevers de jongeren nog snel aanwerven v\u00f3\u00f3r het einde van hun hogere studies, zodat ze de doelgroepvermindering nog kunnen genieten.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf 1 oktober 2017 wordt de voorwaarde strikter geformuleerd: de werkgever kan de doelgroepvermindering niet toepassen indien de jongere een opleiding volgt waarbij hij binnen de 4 maanden, te rekenen vanaf de dag van zijn indienstneming, een diploma of graad hoger onderwijs kan behalen en dus niet langer middengeschoold is.<\/p>\n<p>De uitsluiting van de doelgroepvermindering geldt enkel voor jongeren die binnen de 4 maanden na aanwerving hun diploma hoger onderwijs kunnen behalen.
