De revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt voor inkomstenjaar 2026 bedraagt \u2013 onder voorbehoud van bevestiging van de fiscus \u2013 <strong>5,75<\/strong> (voor inkomstenjaar 2025 was dit 5,63).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elk jaar wordt deze co\u00ebffici\u00ebnt opnieuw vastgelegd om de belastbare waarde van een onroerend goed te berekenen. De revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt kan belangrijk zijn voor bedrijfsleiders indien ze een gebouwd onroerend goed verhuren aan een vennootschap of vereniging waarmee ze verbonden zijn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De huurinkomsten die hieraan verbonden zijn zullen immers als bezoldiging of loon worden belast wanneer deze inkomsten meer dan 5\/3<sup>de<\/sup> van het gerevaloriseerde KI bedragen. Op het gedeelte van de huurinkomsten dat als beroepsinkomsten wordt beschouwd, moet bedrijfsvoorheffing worden berekend.
