Omwille van administratieve moeilijkheden en het voornemen van de nieuwe regering om een ander registratiesysteem uit te werken, werd de registratieverplichting van werkgevers in de FLA eerder al <strong>uitgesteld tot 1 september 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Intussen werd een nieuw wetsvoorstel ingediend in de Kamer dat voorziet in een <strong>bijkomend uitstel van de FLA tot 1 januari 2026<\/strong>. Dit voorstel moet wel nog gepubliceerd worden in het Belgisch Staatsblad. Met dit nieuwe uitstel beoogt men extra tijd te cre\u00ebren om een kader uit te werken voor een alternatief registratiesysteem voor opleidingen dat administratief minder belastend is voor de ondernemingen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ondernemingen met minstens 20 werknemers blijven wel nog steeds verplicht om een opleidingsplan op te stellen. Werkgevers zullen ook nog steeds opleidingen moeten aanbieden aan hun werknemers.<\/p>\n<p>Bovendien moeten werkgevers, in afwachting van de nieuwe regelgeving, de opleidingen van hun werknemers ook nog steeds blijven registreren.
