De revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt voor inkomstenjaar 2025 bedraagt onder voorbehoud van bevestiging door de fiscus <strong>5,63<\/strong> (voor inkomstenjaar 2024 was dit 5,46).<\/p>\n<p>Elk jaar wordt de revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt kadastrale inkomens opnieuw vastgelegd om de belastbare waarde van een onroerend goed te berekenen. Deze co\u00ebffici\u00ebnt kan van belang zijn voor bedrijfsleiders indien ze een gebouwd onroerend goed verhuren aan een vennootschap of vereniging waarmee ze verbonden zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De huurinkomsten hieraan verbonden zullen immers als bezoldiging of loon worden belast als deze inkomsten meer bedragen dan 5\/3<sup>de<\/sup> van het gerevaloriseerde KI. Op het gedeelte van de huurinkomsten dat als beroepsinkomsten wordt beschouwd, dient er bedrijfsvoorheffing te worden berekend. Men bekomt dit drempelbedrag als men het niet-ge\u00efndexeerde KI van het onroerend goed vermenigvuldigt met 5\/3<sup>de<\/sup> en met de revalorisatieco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Heeft u nog vragen?
