Volgende topics komen onder meer aan bod:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be\u00ebindigingswijzen<\/li>\n<li>Be\u00ebindiging van contracten van bepaalde tijd<\/li>\n<li>Medische overmacht<\/li>\n<li>Ontslagmotivatie<\/li>\n<li>Ontslagbeschermingen<\/li>\n<li>Ontslag om dringende reden<\/li>\n<li>Outplacement<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit alles zullen we eveneens verduidelijken aan de hand van FAQ&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Deze opleiding is ontworpen om jou als werkgever of HR-medewerker klaar te stomen om juridisch correct te handelen in een volledig proces bij ontslag.\u00a0Bovendien ontvang je een handige checklist om ervoor te zorgen dat je niets over het hoofd ziet.<\/p>\n<p><em>Deze opleiding is uitgebreider dan de bijblijfsessie die we in samenwerking met de VDAB organiseren omtrent ontslagmotivatie en ontslagbeschermingen. BTW) per deelnemer. Indien je\u00a0inschrijft met 2 of meer personen bedraagt de kostprijs 140\u00a0EUR (excl. BTW) per deelnemer. Ben je\u00a0lid van Febetra, BCLF of klant van Sodalis, dan bedraagt de kostprijs 140\u00a0EUR (excl. btw) per deelnemer of 120\u00a0EUR per deelnemer.<\/li>\n<li>Je kan hiervoor beroep doen op de KMO-portefeuille.
